Seed paper bookmarks

Grow Wildflowers with your Bookmark!

The 2024 Wainwright Prize bookmarks are printed on seed paper, so make sure not to throw them away once you have finished using them – you can plant them instead!

These are produced in the UK with wildflower seeds.

HOW TO PLANT:

1. Prepare Your Soil: Choose a pot or garden spot with good drainage and fill it with soil.

2. Plant the Bookmark: Soak the paper and tear your bookmark into small pieces and place them on top of the soil. Cover with a thin layer of soil.

3. Water Gently: Moisten the soil and keep it consistently damp, but not soggy.

4. Sunlight: Place the pot in a sunny spot. 

5. Watch it Grow – Wildflower seeds typically take between 1 to 3 weeks to germinate.
